Step 1: Use Cold Water

Begin by blotting the stain with a cloth or sponge soaked in cold water. Avoid rubbing the stain as this might cause it to spread.

Step 2: Use Mild Detergent

If the stain persists, mix one teaspoon of mild detergent with a cup of cold water. Blot the stain with a cloth or sponge that has been saturated in the detergent mixture.

Step 3: Use White Vinegar

If stain is still visible, mix one tablespoon of white vinegar and two tablespoons of cold water together. Dip a cloth or sponge in the solution and dab the stain with it.

Be sure to repeat these steps until the stain has been removed. Then rinse the area with a cloth and cold water.

Conclusion

By following the three steps above, you can easily remove red wine stains from your tents and camping gear!
