If stain is still fresh, grab a clean cloth and blot gently at the affected area with cold water. Do not scrub or rub– this will only make the stain even more difficult to remove.
Fill a small bowl with cold water and add a few drops of liquid detergent. Submerge stained area of the tank top in the soapy solution and let it soak for up to 30 minutes.
Rinse off the soapy solution with cold water and blot dry with a clean cloth. It’s important to use cold water instead of hot, as hot water could potentially set the stain. Leave the tank top out to air dry or use a clothes dryer on the lowest setting.
With just these three easy steps, you’ll no longer have to worry about those unsightly red wine stains that seemed impossible to remove.
