How to Easily Get Out Red Wine Stains From Flannel Clothes

  1. Grab a few paper towels and blot up as much excess wine as possible.
  2. Mix one tablespoon each of dish-washing liquid and white vinegar with two cups of warm water in a bowl.
  3. Dampen a cloth with the solution and dab at the spot.
  4. Rinse the flannel with cold water and blot the area until dry.

If the stain persists, make a paste of baking soda, white vinegar and dish-washing liquid. Rub it into the stain and let it sit for 20 minutes before rinsing it off and washing the flannel as normal.

With a bit of patience and the right cleaning solution, your favorite flannel shirt or dress can stay looking as good as new even after a red wine stain.
