Take a lint-free cleaning cloth and use it to blot the stain. This will help to remove as much of the mess as possible. Do not scrub or rub the stain, as this could cause the material to become damaged.
Saturate the stained area with rubbing alcohol and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then, use a lint-free cloth to gently dab away the excess liquid. This should help to lift the stain from material.
If the rubbing alcohol didn't work, try using vinegar or white vinegar. Apply the vinegar directly to the stain and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, use a cloth to blot away the excess liquid.
Mix a small amount of baking soda with some water to form a paste. Rub the paste over the stained area of the umbrella and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, wipe away the paste with a damp cloth.
Mix hydrogen peroxide with a few drops of dish soap to create a cleaning solution. Dab the solution onto the stained area and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then, use a toothbrush to gently scrub the stained area. Finally, rinse the area with warm water.
If there are still any remaining stains, use a toothbrush and a bit of detergent to spot clean them. Let the detergent sit on stain for a few minutes before rinsing with warm water. Finally, blot the area dry with a lint-free cloth.
Cleaning pet stains from an umbrella doesn't have to be a difficult task. By following these six steps, you can easily remove stains without damaging the material. And best of all, no scrubbing is required!
