If the stain is still fresh, immediately grab a cloth or paper towel and gently blot the affected area. Do not rub it in or use too much pressure. This will help remove as much of the stain as possible.
Using an enzymatic pet stain remover is one of the best ways to get rid of pet stains from tunic. Spray the stain remover directly onto the stain and let it sit for a few minutes. After a few minutes, blot it up again with a cloth.
If the pet stain remover isn't working, try using white vinegar. Mix equal parts of white vinegar and cold water, then apply it to stain. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then blot it up with a clean cloth.
Once you've applied the pet stain remover and/or white vinegar, grab an old toothbrush and start scrubbing the stain. Scrub it in a circular motion until the stain is gone.
After scrubbing, rinse the area with cold water and a sponge. Make sure to rinse thoroughly so that no residue is left on the fabric.
Sprinkle a bit of baking soda onto the stain and let it sit for a few hours. The baking soda should help absorb any remaining moisture and odor. After a few hours, vacuum up the baking soda.
Finally, wash the tunic according to fabric's care instructions and leave it out to dry. Once it's dry, pet stain should be completely gone!
