What You'll Need
- A bucket of lukewarm water
- ¼ cup of white vinegar
- ¼ cup of laundry detergent
- Sponge
- Clean cloths
Instructions
- Fill the bucket with lukewarm water and add the white vinegar and laundry detergent.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Soak the stain in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Lightly scrub the area with a sponge.
- Rinse the area with a clean cloth and lukewarm water.
- Allow the area to air dry.
Tips
- Test detergent in an inconspicuous area of the trench coat to make sure it won’t damage the fabric before using.
- Be sure to rinse out the area thoroughly after scrubbing with the sponge.
