1. Begin with a Pre-Treatment Soak

First, fill up a basin or sink with lukewarm water and add around a cup of white vinegar. Soak your swimsuit for roughly 15 minutes before moving onto the next step. This will help break down any tough stains and make it easier to remove them.

2. Use a Gentle Detergent and Scrub Brush

After soaking your swimwear, mix together a solution of lukewarm water and a gentle detergent such as Woolite. Carefully scrub away at any pet stains with a brush, then rinse off with cold water. Be sure to take caution when scrubbing – do not use anything too abrasive, as this could cause permanent damage to the fabric.

3. Rinse with Vinegar and Water

Once you’ve scrubbed away all of the stubborn stains, rinse off your swimwear with a mixture of white vinegar and water. This will help to neutralize any detergent residue as well as help freshen up the fabric.

4. Air Dry and Enjoy!

After rinsing, hang your swimwear up to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid drying in direct sunlight, as this could cause fading. Once dry, you should enjoy stain-free swimwear!
