Pet accidents happen, and it can be difficult to remove those stubborn stains. But, don’t worry, there are some easy steps you can follow to get your sundress looking good as new. Here’s what you need to do:
- Act fast! To avoid permanent staining, address the stain as soon as possible. Blot the area with a damp paper towel or clean rag to remove as much of the liquid as possible.
- Create a cleaning solution using 1 teaspoon of clear dish soap, ¼ cup of white vinegar, and 2 cups of warm water.
- Dip a sponge or soft cloth into the cleaning solution, and gently scrub the stained area.
- Rinse away the solution with another two cups of warm water.
- Repeat step one through four until the stain is no longer visible.
- To ensure that the stain is completely gone, take the dress to the dry cleaner.
