- Allow the mixture to sit for ten minutes before rinsing it off with cool water.
- Blot the area with clean white towels or paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
- Mix one teaspoon of regular dish soap with one cup of warm water in a separate bowl.
- Using soft bristle brush, apply the soap and water mixture to the stained area.
- Allow the mixture to sit for five minutes before rinsing it off with cool water.
- Blot the area with clean towels or paper towels again to absorb any remaining moisture.
- Allow curtains to air dry completely before hanging them back up.
