The first step is to absorb as much liquid as possible by blotting with a paper towel or a clean, dry cloth. Be sure not to rub, as this could cause the stain to get worse and set in.
Mix together equal parts white vinegar and baking soda to create a paste. You'll want to have enough paste to cover the stain. Rub the paste onto the stain and let it sit for about 10 minutes. The baking soda and vinegar should help lift the stain.
Put the scrub in the washing machine with your regular laundry detergent. Select the warmest water setting that is safe for fabric. Run the wash cycle, then check stain. If it is still visible, repeat steps 2 and 3 until the stain is gone.
Once the wash cycle is complete, remove the scrubs and dry them in the dryer. Be sure to use the lowest heat setting to avoid further damage to fabric.
