What You Will Need

  • Paper towels
  • Mild detergent
  • Cold water
  • Vinegar
  • White cloth
  • Leather cleaner

Step 1: Blot Up the Stain

As soon as you notice the stain, use paper towels to blot it up as much as possible. Do not rub or scrub stain, as this can cause the stain to spread and become harder to remove. You may need to use multiple paper towels, as they will absorb more liquid.

Step 2: Create a Mild Detergent Solution

Mix a small amount of mild detergent with cold water, stirring until the detergent is completely dissolved. Dip a white cloth in the solution, making sure it is not dripping wet, and gently blot the stained area. Do not rub, as this can damage the material.

Step 3: Apply Vinegar

If the stain persists, create a solution of one part white vinegar to two parts cold water. Again, dip a white cloth in the mixture and gently blot the stained area. Make sure it is not dripping wet.

Step 4: Use Leather Cleaner

For more stubborn stains, use a leather cleaner specifically designed for Prada products. Follow the instructions on the package, as the cleaning process may vary slightly depending on the type of stain and the type of leather.

Step 5: Let it Dry

Once the stain has been removed, allow area to dry completely before use. This will help prevent any remaining moisture from damaging the material.
