Start by brushing away any pet hair or solid particles from affected area with a soft-bristled brush. It’s important to carefully remove any debris as this will help prevent you from inadvertently embedding dirt and grime further into material.
To clean pet stains from leather handbags, start by preparing a solution of equal parts of warm water and white vinegar. Dip a soft, lint-free cloth into the solution and wring it out. Gently dab soiled spot, gently working the cloth in a circular motion. With regular wiping, you should begin to see results. Once the stain has been removed to your satisfaction, dry the fabric with a clean, lint-free cloth.
For fabric handbags, start by mixing a solution of one part dishwashing liquid and two parts warm water. Dip a cloth into the solution and wring it out before gently dabbing it over the stain until the stain has been removed. After the spot has been cleaned, dry the bag with a clean cloth.
Following these simple steps will make it easy to keep your handbag looking as good as new, no matter how many furry friends you have at home!
