  • Gentle detergent
  • Spray bottle
  • Old toothbrush
  • Vinegar
  • Baking soda

Steps to Remove Pet Stains from Fleece

  1. Start by dabbing the stain with white cloth or paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
  2. Mix a solution of ¼ cup gentle detergent and 2 cups warm water in a spray bottle.
  3. Spray the stain lightly with the detergent solution and allow it to soak for a few minutes.
  4. Scrub the spot with an old toothbrush to work the detergent into the fabric.
  5. Mix equal parts vinegar and baking soda and sprinkle it onto the stain.
  6. Allow the solution to sit on the stain for 15 minutes before rinsing with cool water.

Extra Tips

  • Avoid using hot water or heat when treating pet stains as this may set them.
  • Do not rub the stain or use a brush or sponge. This can cause the stain to spread.
  • Vinegar is a natural and safe alternative to harsh chemicals and bleaches.
