Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

Before you start, you'll need to make sure you have all the supplies you need. You should have a few clean towels, some liquid laundry detergent, a brush or scrubbing pad, and some cold water.

Step 2: Start Soaking

Using the cold water, fill a sink or bowl with enough water to cover the affected area of the shoes. Add a few drops of liquid laundry detergent and let shoes soak for about 10 minutes. This will help loosen the sweat and dirt that are stuck to the shoes.

Step 3: Scrub Away

Once the shoes have finished soaking, take them out and begin scrubbing sweat stains away. Use either a soft-bristled brush or a scrubbing pad, and be vigorous but gentle. Try to avoid using too much pressure and scratching the shoes, as this could damage them.

Step 4: Rinse & Dry

Once the stain is gone, rinse shoes off with cold water and then pat them dry with a towel. Be sure to get rid of any extra soapy residue, as this could cause the shoes to become stiff and uncomfortable to wear. Finally, place the shoes in a well-ventilated area to air dry.
