Start by using a soft bristled brush to gently brush away any excess dirt and sweat from stain. Next, combine equal parts white vinegar and cool water in a bowl. Dip a sponge into the mixture and then apply it to the stain. This helps to loosen the stain and make it easier to remove.

When the stain has been treated with vinegar mixture, it's time to launder the garment. Place the garment in a laundry machine and set the water temperature to the coldest setting. Use a mild detergent and wash the garment on the delicate cycle. If the stain is still visible, re-treat with the vinegar mixture and repeat the laundering process until the stain is gone.

Once stain is gone, hang the garment up to dry. Avoid drying the garment in the dryer, as this can cause the fabric to shrink or fade. And there you have it – an easy way to get rid of perspiration stains on seersucker!
