- White vinegar
- Borax
- Baking soda
- Grated bar soap
- Cold water

Directions:
- Start by removing any excess perspiration with a damp cloth that has been wrung out. Doing this will prevent the stain from setting in.
- Create a paste out of equal parts white vinegar, borax, baking soda, and grated bar soap. Rub this paste into the stained area.
- Allow the paste to sit for an hour or more before washing it off with cold water.
- Mix together liquid dish detergent and either lemon juice or hydrogen peroxide in a bowl. Dip a clean cloth into solution and then rub the cloth onto the stained area.
- Rinse the detergent off with cold water. Be sure not to use hot water as this can cause the stain to set in.
- Repeat Steps 1-5 as necessary to remove all traces of the stain.
