Step 1: Mix a Solution

You'll need 1 cup of cold water and 1 teaspoon of mild detergent or liquid dish soap. Mix these two ingredients in a bowl until blended together.

Step 2: Soak the Stain with Solution

Take a clean cloth and thoroughly soak the stain with solution you just mixed. Let solution sit for a few minutes so the stain can begin to break down.

Step 3: Gently Rub the Stain

With a soft cloth, gently rub the stain with motions going away from the fabric's grain. Do this until the entire stain has been removed. You may need to reapply more solution and repeat the process if stain is still visible.

Step 4: Rinse the Area With Water

Once stain is gone, rinse the area with cold water. Be sure to rinse until all of the soap residue is gone.

Step 5: Let it Air Dry

Let your Marc Jacobs bag air dry completely before storing or using it again. This can take several hours, depending on the humidity in the air.
