Materials Needed

  • Mild detergent
  • Vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Soft cloth or scrub brush

Steps to Take

  1. Wipe the surface of the utensil with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. To remove perspiration stains, make a paste from equal parts mild detergent, baking soda, and vinegar.
  3. Apply paste to the stained area and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  4. For tougher stains, use an abrasive sponge or scrub brush to scrub the paste into the surface and work it into the stain.
  5. Rinse the surface with clean water to remove the paste.
  6. Dry the surface with a soft cloth.

  • If there are still traces of perspiration stain, repeat steps 2-5.
