Mix one part dishwashing liquid with one part white vinegar and one part water. Stir these together until they form a thick solution.
Dampen a cloth or sponge with the solution and apply it to the stain.
Gently rub the stain with cloth or sponge.
Rinse stain with clean water to remove residue from the solution.
Launder the kimono with your regular detergent according to the washing instructions.
Hang kimono to dry in a well-ventilated area.
