Steps for Removing Perspiration Stains from Fleece
- Blot the perspiration stain with a towel or cloth to absorb any excess moisture.
- Mix warm water with a mild detergent to create a soapy solution.
- Dip a soft brush in the soapy solution and gently scrub the stained area.
- Rinse the stained area with warm water.
- Mix 1/4 cup of white vinegar with 1 cup of warm water, then use a damp cloth to dab stained area with the mixture.
- Allow the stained area to air dry.
Additional Tips
- Never put fleece fabric in a hot wash or dryer as it can cause shrinkage.
- If the stain is still present after following the above steps, try soaking the area in an oxygen-based bleach solution.
- Avoid using harsh detergents or chemicals on fleece fabric.
