Step 1: Rinse Your Board With Warm Water

Start by rinsing your cutting board with warm water. This will help remove some of the dirt and debris that have accumulated on the board.

Step 2: Use Baking Soda to Exfoliate

Mix up a solution of baking soda and water. Use this paste to scrub your cutting board. The baking soda will help to exfoliate away tough stains.

Step 3: Apply Dish Soap

Next, apply some dish soap onto the cutting board. Use a sponge or cloth to massage it into board. This will help to cut through grease and oil and loosen the sweat stains.

Step 4: Scrub Away Sweat Stains

Scrub away sweat stains with a sponge or cloth. You might need to use some elbow grease for tougher stains. Make sure to rinse off the soap before moving on to the next step.

Step 5: Rinse and Dry

Finally, rinse your cutting board off with warm water. Then, dry it completely with a clean towel. And that's it! Your cutting board should now be free of perspiration stains.
