What You Will Need:

  • Dishwashing liquid soap
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Hot water

Instructions:

  1. Begin by wetting the stained area with some hot water.
  2. Then, apply a few drops of dishwashing liquid soap directly onto the stained area. Rub soap into the area with your fingers to create a lather.
  3. Next, mix together equal parts baking soda and salt. Sprinkle the mixture over the stained area and allow it to sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the baking soda/salt mixture has had time to soak in, pour vinegar onto the area. The vinegar will react with the baking soda to create a bubbling action.
  5. Finally, use a scrub brush to scrub the area clean.

Conclusion:

By following these simple steps, you should be able to remove perspiration stains from your cotton denim in no time! Keep in mind that, depending on how old the stain is, it may take multiple attempts to get it completely out.
