Step 1: Act Immediately

The first and one of most important steps is to act immediately after you realize you have a pencil stain on your wrap dress. The longer you wait, harder it’ll be to remove the stain.

Step 2: Apply Alcohol-Based Stain Remover

To get rid of the pencil stain, you must use a stain remover that contains rubbing alcohol or any other type of alcohol. For the best results, never use water-based stain removers. Start by applying a small amount of cleaner on the pencil stain.

Step 3: Scrub Gently

Gently rub the stain remover into the stained fabric. Use a soft-bristled brush for this purpose. After scrubbing for a few minutes, leave it for a few minutes before proceeding to the next step.

Step 4: Rinse with Cold Water

After stain remover has had time to soak into the fabric, rinse it off with cold water. Make sure you are gentle while rinsing, as vigorous scrubbing can ruin the delicate fabric of your wrap dress.

Step 5: Dry Properly

Once you’ve rinsed the fabric, hang it out to dry. To make sure the fabric doesn’t become stiff from the stain remover, use a hairdryer on a low setting to blow on the area.

These easy steps will help you remove pencil stains from your wrap dress without any hassle. However, if you are unable to get the stain out, then it may be time to invest in a new dress!
