Pencil marks on tights can be quite a nuisance and can often be difficult to remove. Depending on the type of fabric your tights are made of, there are several different methods you can use to remove pencil marks.
Baby wipes are an excellent way to remove pencil marks from tights. Simply take a baby wipe and gently dab at the stained area in small, circular motions. This should help to loosen up the stain, allowing it to easily lift off the tights. After stain has been removed, it is also important to rinse area with lukewarm water to remove any remaining residue.
Another method you can use to remove pencil marks from tights is by using laundry detergent. Start by adding a small amount of laundry detergent to a bowl of lukewarm water and mix until combined. Then, dip a clean cloth into the mixture and gently rub the stained area in a circular motion. Rinse the area with warm water afterwards to remove any detergent residue.
If you don’t have access to a laundry detergent, you can also try using rubbing alcohol and baking soda. Start by mixing a teaspoon of baking soda with a tablespoon of rubbing alcohol until the mixture creates a paste-like consistency. Then, apply the mixture to the stained area and let it sit for 10 minutes. Use a damp cloth to gently rub off paste, then finish off by rinsing the area with lukewarm water.
