- Gently scrape away as much of the stain as possible with a spoon or butter knife.
- Mix a solution of one part chlorine bleach to two parts water in a bowl.
- Dampen a cloth with the solution and dab it onto the stain on your pillow.
- Let the pillows sit for 10 minutes to allow the bleach to work its magic.
- Rinse the pillow with cold water. If possible, rinse it outside to avoid staining your sink.
- Repeat as necessary until the stain is gone.
- Let the pillow air dry completely before using.
