Using a clean cloth, sponge, or cotton ball, dab rubbing alcohol onto stained area. Be sure to first test the alcohol on an inconspicuous part of the hoodie to make sure it won't damage the fabric. Start blotting the stain from the outside in, to avoid spreading it further.
Mix equal parts vinegar and water in a spray bottle and shake it up. If you prefer to do this step by hand, then mix one tablespoon of each in a bowl that is big enough to dip your cloth in. Once your cleaning solution is ready, saturate the stained area with it.
Once the solution has had time to do its work (at least five minutes), rinse the stain with lukewarm water. Be sure to rinse away all of solution, as the vinegar could discolor the fabric if left behind.
Throw your hoodie in the wash with your regular detergent, following the care instructions on the garment label. Make sure to double check the stain before you put it in the dryer. If stain is still visible, repeat Steps 1-4 until it's gone.
