The first step in removing paint from silk gazar is to remove as much of excess paint as possible. Gently scrape away as much of the dried paint as you can with a soft-bristled brush, taking care not to damage or snag fabric. Once all of excess paint is gone, use a white cloth and cold water to dab away any remaining residue.
Next, create a mixture of mild detergent and cold water. Using a spray bottle, apply cleaning solution to paint-stained area. Let it soak for two minutes before blotting the area with a clean, white cloth. Make sure you use gentle pressure when blotting so that the paint transfers from the fabric to the cloth.
Finally, rinse the affected area in cold water until all of the detergent has been removed. Hang the fabric to dry, and if any paint remains, repeat these steps until the paint stain is completely gone.
