Step 1: Dab the Stain with a Clean, Dry Cloth

To start, gently dab the paint stain with a clean, dry cloth. This will help to absorb as much of the paint as possible and reduce the area affected by the stain. If the stain is relatively light, it may come out completely at this stage. If not, move on to the next step.

Step 2: Soak the Stain in White Vinegar and Water

White vinegar is a natural, effective solution for removing paint stains from clothing. To use it, start by mixing equal parts white vinegar and water in a small bowl. Soak the stained area of the fabric in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. After that, rinse it with cold water and check to see if the stain has been removed.

Step 3: Apply a Spot Cleaner to the Stain

If the stain is still visible after completing the previous two steps, it's time to try a spot cleaner. There are many spot cleaners available on the market, but be sure to choose one that is specifically formulated for removing paint. Apply the cleaner directly to the stained area and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse with cold water and launder the item as normal.
