Using a clean rag or brush, dab paint stained area with some dish soap and warm water. This will help break down the stain so that it’s easier to remove.
Once you’ve pretreated the spot, use a dropper to apply hydrogen peroxide to the stained area. Allow hydrogen peroxide to sit on the fabric for a few minutes before moving on to the next step.
Using a clean rag, blot the area where you applied the hydrogen peroxide. Be sure not to rub the fabric, as this could cause paint to spread further.
Mix together equal parts baking soda and water to create a paste. Apply the paste to the stained area and leave it to sit for 10-15 minutes.
Using a mild detergent, hand wash the stained area of the fabric. Once you’ve finished washing, rinse the area thoroughly with warm water.
Before putting the fabric in the dryer, check for colorfastness by blotting a small inconspicuous area with a damp cloth. If the color transfers onto the cloth, the cleaning method is not working and you should repeat the steps above.
Once you’ve checked for the colorfastness, lay your Hanbok flat to dry, being careful to not put it in direct sunlight.
Once your Hanbok is dry, give it a light press with an iron to bring it back to its original shape.
