Get Rid of Paint Stains with These Easy Home Remedies

Are you dealing with paint stains on one of your favorite dresses? Don't worry, you can easily remove these stains with common household items and some patience. Here are a few simple steps to help you get rid of those pesky paint spots.

Using White Vinegar & Salt

Mix white vinegar and salt together in a bowl to create a paste-like solution. Rub this mixture onto the stained area and let it sit for approximately 30 minutes. Rinse off the mixture with cool water. Repeat the process until the stain has come out.

Using Dish Soap & Warm Water

Use dish soap and warm water to make a solution in a bowl. Soak the stained garment in solution for about 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water, then use a brush to scrub the stained area. Repeat this process until the stain is gone.

Using Ammonia & Baking Soda

Mix equal parts ammonia and baking soda together in a bowl. Apply mixture to the stained area and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Repeat this process until the paint stain has been removed.

Using Baking Soda & Lemon Juice

Create a paste-like solution out of baking soda and lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the stained area and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Repeat the process until the stain is gone.

Using Nail Polish Remover & Towel

Saturate a towel with nail polish remover and blot stained area. Be sure to not rub the garment, as this will cause the stain to spread. Let the nail polish remover sit for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this process as needed.
