Next, using a soft cloth, dip it into the soapy water and begin to scrub the stained area, making sure to apply pressure. Once you've finished scrubbing, rinse the watch thoroughly with clean water.
If stain is still visible, try using a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol on spot. Dip a cotton swab in the rubbing alcohol and then use it to dab the stained area. If the stain persists, repeat this process until it is gone.
Finally, to keep your watch free from oil pastel stains in the future, it's best to use some kind of sealant or protective coating on its surface. This will act as a barrier between the watch and any accidental oil pastel smudges or smears.
