How to Clean Oil Pastel Stains from Wallpaper

  1. Carefully scrape off as much of the oil pastel as possible using a plastic knife or spoon. It's important to be gentle as you don't want to damage the wallpaper.
  2. Mix a solution of dish soap and warm water and apply it to stained area using a soft cloth. Gently rub cloth over the stained area to lift the oil pastel.
  3. If the stain persists, use a mild detergent and warm water to dilute the stain further. Again, use a cloth and gently rub the affected area.
  4. If necessary, you can also try sprinkling a small amount of baking soda onto the stain and then rubbing it in with a damp cloth. The baking soda will help lift stubborn oil pastel stains.
  5. Once all the stains are gone, rinse the area with clean water and then dry with a clean cloth.
