Getting oil pastel stains out of UGG boots is possible with some patience and the right supplies. Depending on the material of the UGGs, there are several methods available for you to use.
To start, you will need to gather following items:
The first step is to use the hairdryer on its medium setting to heat up oil pastel stain. This will cause the oil to expand and come away from the UGG material. While heating, be sure to move the hairdryer around to avoid overheating any one area for too long.
Next, use a suitable brush to rub the suede in small circles, this will help lift the remaining stain. If it still doesn't come away easily, consider using a vacuum to suck up the remaining stain. Finally, use a clean, soft cloth to remove the last traces of dirt and debris.
If your UGG boots are made out of synthetic material, then it is possible to remove oil pastel stains with soap and water. To do this, you will need the following items:
Create a sudsy solution of mild detergent mixed with warm water. Dip the cloth into solution and dab it onto the oil pastel stain. Gently scrub with a toothbrush in circular motions to lift stain, then rinse off with a clean, damp cloth. Let your UGGs air dry before wearing.
With these helpful tips, you'll be able to remove oil pastel stains from UGGs in no time!
