Step 1: Place Newspaper or Cloth Beneath the Pullover

In order to prevent the stain from spreading any further, place a piece of newspaper or cloth beneath the stained area of the pullover. This will help absorb any liquids you use while cleaning stain.

Step 2: Prepare a Cleaning Solution

Prepare a cleaning solution by mixing 1 cup liquid dish soap, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and 2 cups warm water in a bowl. Dab this solution onto the stain using a soft cloth.

Step 3: Apply Talcum Powder

Sprinkle a bit of talcum powder over the stain and let it sit for about 30 minutes. This will help remove the excess oil from the stained area and make it easier to clean.

Step 4: Rinse and Repeat

After waiting for 30 minutes, rinse the area with warm water. If the stain is still visible, repeat steps 2-4. Once stain is completely removed, wash the pullover as usual.
