Oil pastels are a great way to add beautiful and vivid colors to various projects, but it can also be a bit tricky to work with and when it's time to clean up, sometimes even tougher, especially if it finds its way onto a mask. But don’t worry, you can still make sure your face mask looks clean and new using simple household cleaning items in your possession.

Materials:

  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Cotton swab/ball
  • Soft brush
  • Bowl or container

Steps:

  1. Fill a bowl or container with rubbing alcohol and dip the cotton swab or ball into the bowl.
  2. Gently scrub the affected area of the mask with dampened cotton swab or ball.
  3. Repeat the process until the stain is gone.
  4. Once the stain is removed, use a soft brush to brush off any excess oil pastel from the mask.
  5. Let the mask completely dry before using it.

Tips:

  • Make sure to use rubbing alcohol instead of any other type of cleaning product for best results.
  • Always use a gentle scrubbing motion when cleaning the oil pastel stain to avoid damaging fabric of the mask.
