How to Easily Clean Oil Pastel Stains From a Jumper
Have you spilled oil pastel on your favorite jumper? Don't worry! Here's an easy guide on how to remove that pesky stain without damaging the fabric.

What You Need
- Dishwashing detergent
- White vinegar
- Cold water
- Clean cloth
Instructions
- Make a paste of dishwashing detergent and cold water. Rub the paste onto oil pastel stained area.
- Leave for a few minutes to allow the paste to work on the stain.
- Wash jumper in cold (not hot!) water.
- After washing, rinse the jumper with white vinegar.
- Finally, gently rub a clean cloth on the stained area until the stain is gone.
Tips
- Be sure to use cold water when washing. Hot water will set the stain and make it more difficult to remove.
- If the stain persists, apply more dishwashing detergent paste and repeat above steps.
- Always air dry your jumper instead of using a tumble dryer.
