Things You'll Need

  • Mild soap
  • Soft cloth
  • Cotton swabs
  • Rubbing alcohol or hairspray

Step 1: Blot the Stain

Take a soft cloth and blot the stain to remove as much oil and debris as possible. Do not rub the stain or use any harsh cleaning chemicals on the headphones as this can damage them.

Step 2: Apply Soap and Water

Mix mild soap with warm water and apply it to the stained area with a soft cloth. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.

Step 3: Use Cotton Swabs

Using cotton swabs dampened with rubbing alcohol or hairspray, gently scrub at the stained area until the stain begins to fade. Be sure to be gentle with the swabs so as not to damage the headphones.

Step 4: Wipe Away Excess

Once stain is removed, use a dry cloth to wipe away any excess soap or oil. Allow the headphones to air dry before using them again.

Tips

  • Always use a soft cloth when cleaning your headphones.
  • Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals as they may damage the headphones.
  • If you are unable to remove the stain with the above methods, contact the manufacturer for advice.
