Materials Needed:
- Soft cloth
- Squirt bottle filled with warm water
- Mild liquid soap
- Q-tips
- Vinegar
- Pencil eraser
Instructions:
- Start by moistening a soft cloth with warm water and wiping the area with the oil pastel stain.
- Fill a squirt bottle with a small amount of mild liquid soap and warm water. Spray the affected area and wipe with a soft cloth.
- If the stain persists, use a Q-tip to gently rub the remaining stain, using the same mixture of soap and water.
- For tougher, more stubborn stains, mix equal parts vinegar and water and apply to the stained area with a Q-tip.
- If the stain still won't come out, try rubbing it with a pencil eraser. This may remove the stain without damaging the lens of your goggles.
Tips & Tricks:
- Always use a mild soap when cleaning goggles as harsh cleaners may damage the lenses.
- When using a Q-tip, always be gentle - scrubbing too hard may leave scratches on the lenses.
- When dealing with stubborn stains, it’s best to repeat one of methods listed above several times to ensure the best results.
