Wipe Out Oil Pastel Stains from Fila Easily!
Oil pastel can be quite messy, and if you have ever used it on your Fila clothing, you know it can be quite the challenge to get it out. But never fear! Follow these tips and tricks for easy cleaning.

What You Will Need
- Dish Soap
- Baking Soda
- White Vinegar
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Cotton Cloths
Instructions
- Mix one part dish soap with one part baking soda. Make sure to mix them until the mixture is creamy.
- Using a damp cloth, apply the mixture to the area of the stain. Gently work the mixture in and make sure it fully covers the stain.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so that it can really break up the oil.
- Rinse the garment with cold water.
- If stain still remains, make a mixture of one part white vinegar with one part hydrogen peroxide. Apply gently to the stained area and let it sit for 10-15 minutes
- Finally, rinse the garment again with cold water and allow it to air dry.
Tips for Prevention
- Always ensure that you protect your clothing from oil pastel stains by covering with something like an apron or smock before you start using it.
- When possible, try to keep the oil pastel on paper instead of your clothing.
