berry When it comes to cleaning clothing and footwear, oil pastels can be particularly tricky. Many people find themselves in a situation where they have an oil pastel stain on their ASICS but don’t know what to do. Fear not—we’ve got the knowledge to help you out. The first step is to try to remove excess pigment with a damp cloth or paper towel. Then, you’ll want to use a leather cleaner specifically designed for ASICS. This will help break down the oils in the pastels, making it easier to remove. If that still doesn’t do the trick, try using an oil-based cleaner. Apply a small amount of the cleaner with a soft cloth, and work it into the fabric in circular motions until the stain is gone. If the stain is particularly stubborn, you may need to use a solvent. However, keep in mind that these are strong chemicals and should be used sparingly. Be sure to follow the instructions on the label carefully. Finally, rinse the shoes with water and then let them air-dry. Do not put them in the dryer. After they’re dry, you can apply a leather conditioner to protect the shoes and make them look as good as new.
