The first step to getting rid of oil pastel stains on Abercrombie & Fitch clothing is to act quickly. As soon as the stain appears, treat it with a dry-cleaning solvent or pre-wash stain remover, such as Shout or Zout. Follow instructions on the label and blot the stain with a clean cloth.
If that doesn't work, try using a dish soap or laundry detergent and some lukewarm water. Soak stained area for about 30 minutes in the solution and then use a damp cloth to rub stain in a circular motion. Rinse the fabric, and repeat if necessary.
If the stain is still there, you can try dabbing the affected area with a mixture of dish detergent and rubbing alcohol. Again, rinse fabric and repeat if needed.
Another option is to treat the stained area with a mild all-purpose cleaner, such as Spray 'n Wash, and then treat it with a grease-fighting dish liquid, such as Dawn. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then blot it with a damp cloth. Rinse the fabric and repeat the process if you need to.
Finally, you can use WD-40 to help get rid of oil pastel stains on Abercrombie & Fitch clothing. First, test WD-40 on an inconspicuous area to make sure it won't discolor the fabric. If it's safe to use, spray the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, blot the area with a damp cloth and repeat the process if necessary.
Once you have removed the stain, be sure to wash garment according to the care label. This will help ensure stain doesn't come back after the garment has been washed and dried.
