What You'll Need:

  • Stain remover
  • Sponge
  • Soft cloth
  • Water

Steps:

  1. Carefully remove any excess oil pastel residue from surface of the abaya.
  2. Apply a small amount of stain remover to a sponge and gently rub onto the stained area to help lift stain.
  3. Rinse the area with cool water using a soft cloth. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.
  4. Repeat steps two and three until the stain has been completely removed.
  5. Allow the abaya to air dry.

Tips:

  • Be sure to use a gentle stain remover, as harsh chemicals can damage delicate fabrics.
  • Always test the stain remover on an inconspicuous area of abaya before using it on the stained area.
  • If possible, take the abaya to a professional cleaner if the stain does not come out with the above steps.
