What You'll Need:

  • Vacuum
  • Dry cleaning solvent
  • Dry clean cloth
  • Soft bristled brush
  • Small dish of warm, soapy water

Instructions

  1. Begin by vacuuming area with a soft upholstery attachment.
  2. Spritz a dry cleaning solvent onto a cloth and gently dab the stain until it is gone.
  3. If the stain persists, dip a soft bristled brush into a small bowl of warm, soapy water and very lightly scrub the velvet. Take care not to scrub too hard or the velvet may become damaged.
  4. Dab the damp area with a dry clean cloth.
  5. Leave the area to dry completely.
