How to Easily Clean Nail Polish Stains from Teneriffe Lace

Teneriffe lace is a beautiful fabric which can become stained by nail polish, ruining its appearance. But don’t despair! You can clean up this type of stain using only a few ingredients found in your pantry.

What You'll Need:

  • Small bowl
  • 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of clear ammonia
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid laundry detergent
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • Clean cloth

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. In the small bowl, mix together the vinegar, ammonia, detergent, and water.
  2. Dampen the cloth with mixture. Make sure not to get it too wet.
  3. Gently dab the stained areas of lace with cloth.
  4. Rinse the stained areas with plain water.
  5. Allow the lace to dry.

Tips

  • If the stains are still visible, repeat Steps 1-4.
  • Always use a gentle touch when cleaning delicate fabrics.
