Get Rid of Nail Polish Stains on Swimwear with Just a Few Steps
Getting nail polish on swimwear can be a challenge to remove. However, with the right supplies, some time and patience, you can get the swimwear looking like new again.

What You'll Need
- Mild detergent or dish soap
- Cloth towels
- Nail polish remover (non-acetone)
- Toothbrush
Instructions
- Wet the stained area with warm water.
- Apply a few drops of the detergent or dish soap to the wet area and work it into the fabric using your fingers.
- Rinse, then blot the area with a towel to remove as much of the moisture as possible.
- Gently dab some of the non-acetone based nail polish remover on stain. Do not rub.
- Wait ten minutes for the remover to work its way through the fabric.
- Using a toothbrush, gently scrub the area.
- Rinse area with clean warm water and blot to dry.

- Do not use an acetone-based nail polish remover, as this can damage the fabric.
- Repeat the above steps if necessary.
