Cleaning Nail Polish Stains: Make Your Skirt Sparkle Again
No one wants to walk around with a stained skirt, but it can be tricky to remove stubborn nail polish stains. Fortunately, the right cleaning materials and some elbow grease can make the stain vanish.

If you've recently spilled nail polish on your skirt, don't panic - there are several steps you can take to remove stain quickly and effectively:
- Put the skirt in cold water immediately to reduce the risk of the stain setting.
- Create a cleaning solution by adding a few drops of dishwashing liquid and a spoonful of baking soda to a bowl of cold water.
- Soak a sponge in the cleaning solution and scrub the affected area in a circular motion.
- If stain remains, gently rub a small amount of acetone-free nail polish remover onto the spot.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Handwash area or put the skirt on a gentle cycle in the washing machine.
- Allow skirt to air dry.
