What You'll Need

  • Distilled white vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing equal parts of distilled white vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Soak a small cloth in the vinegar/lemon juice mixture. Make sure the cloth is thoroughly saturated.
  3. Put the wet cloth on top of stain. Allow the cloth to sit on the stain for 10 minutes.
  4. Rub the wet cloth into the stain in a circular motion.
  5. Sprinkle baking soda over the stain.
  6. Continue rubbing the wet cloth over the stain until the stain is removed.
  7. Rinse off any excess vinegar/lemon juice mixture, baking soda, and nail polish with cold water.
  8. Allow the fabric to air dry before wearing or washing.
