  • 1 teaspoon of liquid laundry detergent
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • White vinegar
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • Cotton swabs
  • Toothbrush

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon of liquid detergent with 1 cup of cold water and stir it together until it is foamy.
  2. Soak a cotton swab in the foam and gently blot the stain until it is moistened.
  3. Using a toothbrush, scrub the stain in a circular motion until the nail polish begins to lift off of fabric.
  4. Once the stain has been removed, rinse the area with cold water.
  5. If any residue remains, dab a bit of white vinegar onto the area and use a cotton swab to blot it away. If there is still a hint of the stain remaining, use a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to remove it.
