Before you begin, make sure you have following supplies ready: white vinegar, a soft-bristled brush, paper towels, clean rags, and non-abrasive cleansers such as baking soda or dish soap.
Carefully remove any excess nail polish from the grill with paper towels. Use caution when handling the paper towels so as not to spread the nail polish further.
Once the excess nail polish is removed, apply distilled white vinegar to the stained area. Make sure to thoroughly saturate the area. Allow the vinegar to sit for several minutes.
Using a soft-bristled brush, gently scrub the stained area in a circular motion. This will help to loosen the stain so it can easily be wiped away.
After the stain has been loosened, use clean water and a rag to rinse the area. If any of the nail polish remains, you can use a non-abrasive cleanser such as baking soda or dish soap to help remove the remaining stain.
When finished, rinse the area one final time with clean water and pat dry with a clean towel.
