The first step in removing nail polish stains from baking dishes is to scrape off as much of the excess polish as possible. You can use a plastic scraper or a thin, sharp knife to do this. Make sure you don’t scratch the dish surface too much.
Dab a cotton ball in acetone-based nail polish remover, and then use it to dab at the stained area. Keep dabbing until all of the polish has been removed. This method may take some time, but it is effective in lifting off even the toughest of stains.
Once all polish has been removed, you need to give the dish a good scrub. Use a dish soap and a brush to remove any discoloration caused by the nail polish. Make sure you are using a gentle scrubber so as not to damage the dish.
After scrubbing, rinse off the soap with water and then dry the dish with a soft cloth. If the nail polish stain persists after this process, you may need to repeat the steps above again.
